Zanesville Christian School came in 2nd place in the 2011 BCSA Fine Arts Competition. Hundreds of students from 11 schools across the Buckeye State attended this year to compete in a wide range of categories dealing with music, art, and academics for an opportunity to help their schools win the state competition and a chance to go on to the national competition later in the spring.
Edith Howell was named Outstanding Female Participant for 2011.
Zanesville Christian achieved the following this year:

3rd in bible knowledge
3rd in national bible quizzing
3rd in Choir competition
2nd in overall points
2nd in avg. points
1st in academic and spiritual categories
1st in Industrial arts categories
2nd in arts and home economics
