At Zanesville Christian, the Warriors celebrated Senior Night with an easy win and improved to 7-4.
Eric Brown's all-around effort of 28 points, 12 rebounds, four assists and three steals led the Warriors, which bolted ahead 31-10 at halftime and extended the margin to 52-17 after three periods. Noah Medich tallied 19 of his 21 points in the second half and also had four assists. Medich and Jacob Moore, who also had four assists, are the lone seniors.
Michael Riggs added 14 points and Tyler Collins 11 for the Warriors, who hit a red hot 29 of 51 from the field for 57 percent including seven of 10 threes. They also made an excellent 14 of 16 foul shots and forced the Eagles into 23 turnovers while committing only 13 of their own.
Carroll County was led by Christian Mann's eight points as the Eagles slipped to 4-11.
Justin Thrush poured in 26 points as Zanesville Christian junior high improved to 5-5 with a 35-30 win.
