On Friday night, Medich scored 23 while Brown had 15 and 11 rebounds in a 48-39 semifinal win over Lima Christian Academy.

Ben Walsh and Nate Humphrey combined for 51 points to lead the Eagles to a 73-62 Buckeye Christian Schools Association Tournament semifinal victory against Mentor Christian. Walsh had 27 points for LCCA (19-7). Humphrey had 24 points and 11 rebounds, Bart Loy scored 11 points, and Nate Tate had 10 assists and 7 points. The Eagles were down as much as 16 in the first half and didn't have a lead until 4 minutes were left in the third quarter. They outscored Mentor Christian 39-21 in the second half. LCCA will play Zanesville Christian at 3 p.m. today in the championship game.
