Daniel Lucas led the Zanesville Christian varsity team with 14 points and 13 rebounds in their 34-66 loss to Licking County Christian Academy on January 18, 2011. The Warriors held a 29-22 rebounding edge but were15-of-47 from the field compared to Licking County Christian's 26-of-45.
In junior high action, ZCS (2-1) won 49-41 against LCCA (3-8). Aaron Harris led with 16 points, Michael Gibson added 11 and Hayden Medich and Clay West scored 10 points.
